Digi failed to secure 3G spectrum licenses. But the other two company, MiTV and TTDotcom were successful. What is the criteria in issuing the license? Sigh.. The hope to see 3G services getting better and cheaper anytime soon will become impossible.

p/s: remember when Digi and Maxis fight over who gives the cheapest rate in phone calls and sms? That's when users will be a winner.
